This Bollywood actress was dying to be on Koffee With Karan’s latest season but wasn’t called – guess who!

There has always been a phenomenon in the industry, especially amongst newbies and young actors, that if you are invited on Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan then you have truly arrived in Bollywood. This year too, quite a few celebs made their debut on the Koffee couch including Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan. In fact, two new actresses who are yet to grace the big screen were also seen on the infamous show, chatting with KJo. And then, of course, we saw the regular faces also making their presence felt on KWK.

But we hear a young actress, who has already made her mark in the industry, was eagerly hoping to be called on the show this year but sadly her wish didn’t come true. This lady, who is known to play badass characters on the big screen, just couldn’t sit doing nothing about not getting Karan Johar’s attention. So she happened to text the ace filmmaker. Being a gentleman, Karan called her over to his office, which is where she expressed her desire to be working with him. Well, this girl has been doing quite well on the celluloid. By playing diverse roles, she has gotten everyone’s attention. And now that Karan has chatted up with her at length, we wouldn’t be surprised to see her next in one his films.

On the work front, KJo has two big production ventures releasing this year – Kalank and Brahmastra.
