This is how Kunal Kapoor’s passion for flying helped him during the lockdown

Kunal Kapoor is a man of many talents. Apart from his acting prowess, the actor is also known to be an adventure junkie. From flying to sky diving and racing cars, he enjoys the adrenaline rush associated with these activities. Kunal is a hobby pilot, who loves soaring through the skies every once in a while. And his passion came to his rescue amid the pandemic. Thanks to his aviation skills, when travelling had become difficult in the lockdown, Kunal could safely fly himself from one city to another in isolation.

Talking about it, Kunal shared with a leading publication, “I enjoy flying, it’s something that I wanted to learn since a long time. A few years ago, I finally went to a flying school to get trained. I love exploring places and travelling, so being able to fly is not just a hobby, but also comes in handy. During the lockdown, when a lot of modes of transport were not functioning, I needed to reach Pune urgently. So, I just flew there with my trainer with all the safety precautions in place.”

Kunal will be seen next in the upcoming murder mystery, Koi Jaane Na, opposite Amyra Dastur, which has been directed by Amin Hajee.
