Tusshar Kapoor opens up about Ekta Kapoor’s son Ravie; says “it’s an exciting time of fulfillment!”

Ekta Kapoor announced yesterday evening (January 31) the arrival of her first child. The popular TV and film producer became mother to a baby boy through surrogacy. Though the baby was delivered on January 27 itself, the family kept everything under the wraps. However, as the news came out, everyone across the world congratulated Ekta Kapoor. Her family, including father Jeetendra and brother Tusshar Kapoor, are ecstatic. In fact, Tusshar has even mentioned to us how Ekta was always like a mother to his son, Lakkshya.

Talking about Ekta Kapoor’s son, Tusshar Kapoor mentioned, “I’m excited to announce the arrival of my nephew, a baby boy named Ravie Kapoor, born last week through IVF and surrogacy. Ekta has been like a mother to my son Laksshya!” Sending out his blessings, he further added, “This marks the beginning of a new phase in her life, an exciting time of completeness and fulfillment! God bless Ravie with a life of peace, happiness and good health and my sincere thank you to all of you for the support and for showering our family with so much affection!” Taking this opportunity, Cine Blitz also wishes Ekta Kapoor all the happiness and luck in this new phase of life.

For those of you who don’t know, Ekta Kapoor named her son as Ravie Kapoor. It is a kind of tribute to her father, Jeetendra, who’s original name was Ravi. Ain’t that cute?
