Vicky Kushal’s last two outings – Sanju and Uri: The Surgical Strike – made him a name to reckon with in Bollywood. He’s carved his way to success and is now becoming one of the most bankable names in the industry. Now, his next project Sardar Udham Singh looks like yet another promising project that his fans will see him in. His first look from the film impressed everybody and the audience was eagerly waiting to get more details about the film. Well, we have more news for you!
Going by the buzz, it is reportedly said that Vicky Kaushal’s film will hit the theatres in 2020. The wait is so long because the script demands several seasonal changes in the film. The schedules are planned in such a way where the team will get to shoot the different settings in real time and this will take them almost a few months to wrap up. Going by a report that said, “Shoojit has properly chalked out a plan. He doesn’t want to compromise on the scale on which he wants to mount Sardar Udham Singh. In fact, the October director will also begin Gulaabo Sitaabostarring Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana in between, while Vicky is also looking at locking his free dates for the other projects he’s committed to,” we know that the wait will be worth it.
Apart from Shoojit’s Udham Singh biopic, Vicky will also be seen in Karan Johar’s magnum opus Takht. He will be essaying a negative role for the first time in the film. He has also been roped in for an untitled horror film. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more news and update.
