Vijay to play double role in Atlee’s Thalapathy 63

Atlee’s next directorial Thalapathy 63 has also made the Hindi audience curious due to Shah Rukh Khan making a cameo in it. While all eyes are on the film that stars superstar Vijay in the lead, the most recent update is that the film will feature Vijay in a double role yet again. This won’t be the first time the superstar will be playing a double role, but there are enough reasons for the fans to be excited for the film.

Vijay will be seen playing both father and son in Thalapathy 63 produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram. In the past, Vijay has played double roles successfully in films like Mersal, Kaththi and Azhagiya Tamizh Magan. Also,Mersal was directed by Atlee and the film had Vijay in a triple role. Seems like the director is super-impressed with Vijay and that’s why thought of casting him once again. The film was in headlines amongst the Bollywood audience after speculations that Shah Rukh is set to make a cameo in the film and the buzz got stronger when King Khan met Atlee in Chennai. The makers have decided to not comment on the topic though.
