’83, starring Ranveer Singh is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The team has been extensively prepping for the film to look good and authentic on celluloid, and director Kabir Khan is leaving no stone unturned to make the film one of the best cricketing stories ever told in the history of Indian cinema.

After attending a training camp in Dharamshala initially, Ranveer Singh flew to London with the other crew members for the final workshop camps. Now the director is planning to arrange an interaction session between the actors and the 1983 World Cup team of the West Indies, including Sir Vivian Richards, Gordon Greenidge and Desmond Haynes for the actors to better understand the game. The director wishes that the team becomes a part of these practice sessions happening in London, and play with the actors so that the team gets a first-hand experience of their techniques. The team will be flying to London on May 27 and hopefully, will achieve their goal.

Along with Ranveer, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Ammy Virk, Jiva, and Sahil Khattar will also essay important roles in the film. The film will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
