The story follows a youth-centric narrative set in the world of social media, where a female vlogger accidentally ends up capturing a dead body inadvertently on camera, leading to a chain of events that entangles other characters as they seek to uncover the real truth behind the incident. The young vlogger is also an aspiring actress and unfortunately for her, her life dramatically turns 360 degrees when she becomes entangled in a murder mystery.

Vlogger Khushi (Jui Bhagwat) has a shocking IRL moment when she stumbles upon a dead body during a livestream. The corpse is that of Rohit (Amey Wagh), who is revealed through flashbacks to be a confidence trickster. NGO worker Deepika (Amruta Khanvilkar) decides to help the beleaguered Khushi and her friend Shruti (Rajasi Bhave), as she sets into motion an investigation that loops back to Rohit’s employer Ravi (Shubhankar Tawde), Faisal (Vitthal Kale), who has fallen for one of Rohit’s schemes, and the politician Dadasaheb (Shrikant Yadav), to whom Rohit owes a vast sum of money.

Deepika connects her with a private investigator to uncover the truth behind Rohit’s death. What follows is a whirlwind of secrets, lies, and shocking twists that keep the audience guessing until the very last moment.

As far as the performances go, all I can say is that Amey Wagh has a bunch of fine scenes as the carefree scoundrel Rohit whose life insurance scams lead him to sure death. Jui Bhagwat is in fine fettle and full form as the young and innocent vlogger cum actor who finds herself at her wit’s end. Amrita Khanvilkar scores with her role and far from her usual glamorous roles, Amruta embodies a sophisticated and mature character with a lot of grace. However, Gautami Patil’s item number added purely for mass appeal feels out of place.

To put it in a nutshell, in today’s fast-paced digital age, where social media dominates every corner of our lives, it’s rare to find a movie that challenges the norms, twisting our perceptions of right and wrong Like Aani Subscribe, sets out to deliver an unpredictable rollicking ride packed with dark, intellectual undertones about the use of social media, morality, and human nature.
