Actor Sonam Kapoor just shared a new song from her soon to be released movie Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.  Good Morning is the song that was put out by Sonam on her social media. It features the entire cast of the film including Sonam, Rajkummar Rao , Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla.

As the track title suggests, Good Morning shows a very energetic Rajkummar Rao up and about in the morning waking up lazy and sleepy family members and also energising them for what the day will offer. The video shows how Rao wakes up everyone and starts the day with chores planned. The entire family comes together to help him prepare and set up the stage for a play. They begin to practise lines, prepare outfits, set the stage and put up posters for the play as they spread the word around town. The song has some great grooves and is very pleasant on the ear, far removed from the usual slow and boring morning tracks.

“Don’t just be in love, be woke. Listen to #GoodMorning now using the Link in Bio,” Sonam captioned her Instagram post about the song. This is the third soundtrack released from the much-awaited film. Before this, two other songs from the film have come out and been liked by people – Ishq Mitha and the film’s title track.

The title track of the film is picturised on the film leads – Sonam and Rajkummar Rao. The song is a pretty good rendition of the iconic track from 1942- A Love Story, which was sung by Kumar Sanu and composed by RD Burman.

Ishq Mitha is composed by Rochak Kohli, and sung by Navraj Hans and Harshdeep Kaur. It is the new version of the very popular Punjabi track ‘Gud Naal Ishq Mitha’. The iconic song originally featured Jas Arora and Malaika Arora.

Directed by debutant Shelly Chopra Dhar, the film is all set to hit the theatres on February 1, 2019. Incidentally, Shelley is veteran filmmaker Vinod Chopra’s younger sister. For more updates and Bollywood news, keep reading Cine Blitz!
