Faruk Kabir and Mithoon recreate musical magic with Chaiyaan Mein in Khuda Haafiz Agni Pariksha

Filmmaker Faruk Kabir’s 2020 action thriller Khuda Haafiz packed quite the punch. Not only was it known for its gripping storyline, stellar direction and captivating performances by especially the lead Vidyut Jamwal but the film’s soundtrack also earned its popularity and deservedly so.

Jaan Ban Gaye, composed, written by Mithoon and Sung by Vishal Mishra n Asses Kaur was one of the most loved songs in the film. And now, with Khuda Haafiz Chapter II – Agni Pariksha just around the corner, fans are excited to watch one of Bollywood’s top directors Faruk Kabir and Mithoon collaborate once again. Yesterday, the first song of the sequel’s album, Chaiyaan Mein, has hit the internet and there’s no doubt that Faruk Kabir and Mithoon have once again recreated magic.

As fans of Khudahaafiz already know, the director has always been involved in the music-making process. And hands down, the soulful and melodious Chaiyaan Mein has already been declared a history in making!

Speaking about the song, Faruk Kabir said, “The music in my films is its soul and essence. The songs in Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 – Agni Pariksha only add more value to the film. Chaiyaan Mein is a soul-stirring number composed by Mithoon that deepens the audience’s connection to the film, it took us four months to create this song, it’s got Mithoon and my heart n soul in it.”

Composed by Mithoon, the song Chaiyaan Mein has been sung by Asees Kaur, Jubin Nautiyal and Keshav Anand and has piqued everyone’s interest to hear more music from the film. Faruk Kabir’s Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 – Agni Pariksha hits the theatres on 8th July 2022!
