Mirchi Shape of You welcomed Shehnaaz Gill as its guest for the third episode. In conversation with the show’s host, Shilpa Shetty, Shehnaaz revealed what led to her ultimate fitness journey and how did she transform herself during the lockdown. She said, “In the lockdown, I thought, why not do something new? So that when people see me, they will be like, is this Shehnaaz?” Shehnaaz told Shilpa about how she continues to have the typical Indian breakfast – dosas, fenugreek parathas – and keeps a check on her diet potions instead. Shehnaaz also shared that her first and most important step in this fitness journey was to strengthen her willpower and not get tempted or distracted by anything that comes her way.
