Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor had a blast during Umang 2019 last evening (January 28). The actors were present at the annual police function, during which they had a fun banter. Shah Rukh, Ranbir and Maniesh Paul were talking about Bollywood on the big stage after their dance performances. Ranbir started off by saying that a police officer stopped him once after he had delivered a huge flop. The man in the uniform gave some knowledge to RK and asked him to take up a cop-drama. However, the actor cribbed that he hasn’t been offered one yet. He went on to suggest that he wants to play a cop, but wait till you hear Shah Rukh’s witty reply to this request.

Shah Rukh laughed and asked Ranbir about how long has he been working in Bollywood. RK replied, 10 years. SRK jokingly said that he has been working since 26 years and he still hasn’t been offered the role of a cop. So first he will play a cop and only then RK can play one. The trio burst out laughing on the Umang 2019 stage. RK went on to add that if the superstar ever played a cop, then he would play his constable. Won’t that be cool? On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor is currently shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. He has a few others in his kitty too. Shah Rukh Khan, on the other hand, was last seen in Zero.
