Tamannaah Bhatia has been super tight lipped about her character and more in Jee Karda ever since she started filming and the trailer is sheer proof of the surprise that awaited the audience. The trailer is finally here and this warm story is perfect for us to start our week.
Speaking more about her character Tamannaah with gleaming eyes says, “Jee Karda is one such experience that I cannot put in words. I’ve been a true Bombay girl and could resonate with the story on so many layers. This is the closest I’ve been to a character and this one will always be special for the experience that it has filled me with. Jee Karda is finally yours now.”
The trailer is about seven friends who are in their 30s but life hasn’t been as planned as numbers are. They’re navigating their way through life, facing all ups and downs together. From experiencing life, falling in love, making mistakes and even having their hearts crushed, they learn that even the finest friendships and relationships cannot be flawless. This series has a variety of messages hidden and will be nothing short of a treat.
Produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and directed by Arunima Sharma, the series is co-written by Hussain Dalal and Abbas Dalal. Jee Karda features Tamannaah Bhatia, Aashim Gulati, Suhail Nayyar, Anya Singh, Hussain Dalal, Sayan Banerjee, and Samvedna Suwalka as seven childhood friends alongside Simone Singh and Malhar Thakar playing pivotal roles. Prime members across 240+ countries and territories will be able to stream the series starting June 15 2023.
