Madhur Bhandarkar all set to make his debut in Marathi cinema with the film Circuit

Madhur Bhandarkar, the well –known producer and director who has produced and directed several award-winning blockbusters like Chandni Bar, Traffic Signal, Page 3, Fashion, Babli Bouncer, India Lockdown etc. is now making his debut in Marathi film production. Directed by Aakash Pendharkar, Circuit is being produced by Madhur Bhandarkar. Actor Vaibhav Tatwawadi and Actress Hruta Durgule will be seen as the lead pair in the film. Presented by Bhandarkar Entertainment and Parag Mehta, the film is being produced by Madhur Bhandarkar, Parag Mehta of Phenoix Productions, Amit Dogra and Prabhakar Parab of Devi Sateri Productions. This movie will be released in all over Maharashtra on 7th April and recently the exciting teaser of this movie was launched on social media.

Aakash Pendharkar is a grandson of Bhalji Pendharkar and Aakash has been working in the Marathi entertainment industry for many years. He has held important positions in many production houses and channels. Films like Kachha Limbu, Home Sweet Home, Maska, Bhetli Tu Punha, Pawankhind have been presented by Aakash Pendharkar who has also produced the Marathi film Choricha Mamla. Going forward, Aakash is stepping now into film direction with the film Circuit.

Although Vaibhav Tatwawadi and Hruta Durgule are working together for the first time in this film, both have made a name for themselves with excellent work in TV serials and films. Actor Ramesh Pardeshi will also be seen in an important role in this film. We can see in the teaser of Circuit that there is a combination of both romance and action in this film. That is why the curiosity about the story of the film has been created. The screenplay and dialogues of the film have been written by Sanjay Jamkhandi. The film’s cinematography is by Shabbir Naik, the editor of the film is Dinesh Pujari, and the executive producer is Atul Salve.

Talking about the production of Marathi films, producer and director Madhur Bhandarkar said, “I have seen closely the growth of Marathi films in the last few years. Although I am working in Hindi films, I watch Marathi films with keen interest. I had a strong desire to present and produce a Marathi film. I got that opportunity through the film Circuit. I am sure the audience will love this movie.”
