Shruti Hassan dazzles as Showstopper at Lakshmi Manchu’s Teach for Change 9th Annual Fundraiser Fashion Show

Actress Shruti Hassan graced the runway as the showstopper for Teach For Change’s Annual Fundraiser Fashion Show in Hyderabad. Hosted by Teach For Change, the NGO founded by actor, producer, and philanthropist Lakshmi Manchu, the Annual Fundraiser Fashion Show held in Hyderabad, was a resounding success. Shruti Hassan’s presence added an extra sparkle to the evening, as she walked the ramp with grace and poise, showcasing the latest designs of Amit GT while championing the cause of quality education for underprivileged children. She wore a black hooded Indo western lehenga by Amit GT. The fashion show featured the designs of fashion maestros Amit GT for women’s wear and Shashank Chelmilla for men’s wear.
Speaking about the event, Showstopper Shruti Haasan said, “Lakshmi has been actively involved in Teach for Change’s distinctive efforts within Government schools, and I’m excited to join in this year. Ensuring every child receives quality education is paramount, and Teach for Change is making strides in Telangana. I hope this initiative expands to encompass all of South India and eventually the entire nation. Let’s all contribute in our own small ways to make a significant impact together”.
Lakshmi Manchu said, “I really want to thank Shruti for making time for the show. She looked gorgeous on the ramp and I’m sure her efforts will go a long way to impact our efforts positively. All my actor friends stood by me and I see it as a huge blessing. The sponsors, the designers and the entire team put their best foot forward orelse we would not achieve this scale with clockwork precision. This effort will help thousands of children to build a self sustainable future and that makes it so worthwhile”.
The event also featured a diverse array of actors from various industries gracing the ramp, including Shriya Saran, Harshvardhan Rane, Seerat, Faria Abdullah, Avantika Mishra, Lekha Prajapati, Varshini Sounderajan, Reba John, Sandhya Raju, Alekya Harika, Rashi Singh, Akshara Gowda, Meghna Mukherjee, Mehreen, Drishika Chander, Payal Radhakrishna, Akshita Shetty, Divi Vadthya, Surbhi Puranik, Sundeep Kishan, Ashok Galla, Parupalli Kashyap, Pradeep Machiraju, Nikhil, Sudheer Babu, Adith, Arvind Krishna, Shiva Kandukuri, Navdeep, Akhil Sarthak, Bharat Garlapti, and Priyatham Maanthni.
The Teach for Change Annual Fundraiser has become synonymous with supporting impactful initiatives and this year is no different. With the participation of many esteemed celebrities gracing the runway, the event aims to raise awareness and funds for Teach for Change’s noble cause.
