On the auspicious occasion of Buddha Purnima, join Kabir Bedi in conversation with His Holiness Tai Situ Rinpoche, one of the highest Lamas in India with a huge monastic order and an university in Bir in Himachal. Kabir Bedi discusses Buddhism in great details, his experience in Burma as a monk at a very young age and about his mother, Freida Bedi, who was also known as Sister Palmo or Gelongma Karma Kechog Palmo. “She went on to become one of the most important Buddhist nuns in the world,” shares Kabir Bedi.
Kabir Bedi’s book, ‘Stories I Must Tell: The Emotional Life Of An Actor’ released recently. It takes us through Bedi’s exciting and adventurous life. The book gives us insights into his personal life, marriages, his parents, his magnificent acting career spanning across three continents and much more.
