Regina Cassandra represents country at Cannes Film Festival

With Cannes Film Festival being the current mood of the season, India has become a huge talking point at the 75th edition of the festival. Amidst all the Cannes euphoria, pan-Indian star, Regina Cassandra, was also seen representing the country at Cannes Film Festival. Spotted with Ms. Neerja Bhatia, Director – CII, at India Pavillion held at the festival market, Regina was seen bringing her A-Game in fashion. She donned a vibrant set of coords and brought out the best of her funky and chic side. Later, she also attended the exclusive world premiere of Rocketry: The Nambi Effect at the prestigious Palais des Festivals. She was spotted with actor-turned-filmmaker R Madhavan and ISRO scientist and genius Nambi Narayanan wearing a classic white-and-gold number.

Speaking about her experience at Cannes Film Festival, Regina Cassandra said, “It feels surreal to be surrounded by the best minds of world cinema. Watching the world premiere of Rocketry: The Nambi Effect gave me goosebumps and left me speechless about ISRO genius Nambi Narayanan’s journey. Meeting him after the screening only had me even more overwhelmed! It was even more special because I played the wife of Vikram Sarabhai, Nambi Narayanan’s mentor, in Rocket Boys. The experience was definitely surreal!”
