Is it true that the video has been found to be authentic and NCB will now be probing the case?

While there is buzz that filmmaker Karan Johar’s party video has been examined and that it has been found to be authentic, we decided to check the veracity of this rumour. Although it is being said that NCB will now be probing the case, but Joint Director NCB KPS Malhotra when asked if the Karan Johar party video is authentic and will actors present in the video be probed, said, “Not yet – First forensic examination has to be done.

Thus the truth is that the NCB will be able to take action only after the forensic reports. Also Karan Johar has issued denials about all the allegations on drug use and said he does not do drugs and does not encourage it.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer has expresed anguish about the way CBI has been dealing with the case and reportedly said that the apex agency is behaving like the Mumbai police. He has also questioned the delay in the AIIMS reports that will decide the cause of death of the actor.

Reacting to the allegation by the family lawyer of SSR, CBI issued a statement on Monday afternoon. The statement said that Central Bureau of Investigation is conducting a professional investigation related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in which all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as of date.

Meanwhile, a production executive Kshitij Prasad who was hired on contract by Dharma productions has alleged that he was coerced into naming Karan Johar in his statement. But NCB has denied the allegation and said that they are a professional agency and don’t indulge in something that has been alleged by Kshitij Prasad. Investigations are continuing.
