Mohnish Bahl’s daughter Pranutan Bahl and the son of Salman Khan’s best friend, Zaheer Iqbal are all set to make their onscreen debut with Notebook. The Nitin Kakkar directorial dropped its trailer today and we have to say it was impressive. These two debutantes look promising. But it is the film, the story and the cinematography that captivates you. You will surely be impressed with their performances too. However, apart from the trailer, the launch event that was held today (February 22) was quite interesting too. For the first time, the stars were not interacting with the media, but their fans. It was a really lively event. We saw a lot of things, from Salman Khan’s swag to Pranutan Bahl’s awkward moment and Zaheer Iqbal’s killer dance moves! So we decided to compile a list of everything you missed at the Notebook trailer launch and present it to you!

# Salman Khan’s swag: Bhaijaan arrived with full swag. He got down from his SUV and posed in a black tee paired with blue jeans and black goggles. He looked badass and walked with full gusto. Looking ever so fresh, he made his way into the auditorium and was greeted with chants of ‘Salman, Salman.’ He took to the stage and introduced the debutantes in the best way possible. Clearly, no one could take their eyes off him. And the whistles and chants kept going on throughout the Notebook trailer launch event.

# Pranutan Bahl’s awkward moment: With her debut coming up, we are sure Pranutan Bahl was super excited. As she took to the stage, she hugged Salman Khan and it was a really cute moment. However, while posing for the photographs with Salman and Zaheer, she kept her hand on the superstar’s back. Bhaijaan felt something and he shook his body vigorously. Maybe he felt ticklish or something and Pranutan removed her hand immediately. If you know, Salman generally doesn’t like touching his female colleagues. If you remember the clenched fists while hugging Sana Khan, then you’d know what we are talking about! The duo, however, were cool and seemed quite comfortable throughout the event.

# Zaheer Iqbal’s cute instance: The handsome hunk is a crowd favourite already. As he made an entry in the trailer, we heard a lot of hooting and whistling. But that’s not it. He is a favourite amongst the children too. Yes, we aren’t kidding. The actor was on stage, when the six kids who are making their debut in the movie came up. All of them ran up to him, one even grabbing his leg and hanging on to him. Isn’t that cute?

# Salman becomes nostalgic: While on stage, Salman became very nostalgic. He mentioned how he had met Zaheer when he was a kid and how the actor fooled him into signing him. The superstar even revealed how he owed Zaheer’s father Rs 2011 since a lot of years and now he can repay it to him. Bhaijaan even mentioned how Mohnish Bahl helped him out when he was struggling. But the best story was about him getting Maine Pyar Kiya. He spoke about the late Raj Kumar Barjatya and his quest to convince the producer to sign Mohnish as the antagonist in the movie. The latter even went on to say that before all these kids, Salman had actually launched his career.

# Zaheer’s killer dance moves: On public demand, the Notebook actor even danced to Bumbro along with the kids. And we have to say he had us hooked. Everyone was literally cheering him on. He can dance really well and we can’t wait to see him set the stage on fire.
