Ayushmann Khurrana has been quite versatile with his film choices. In fact, his last two cinematic outings have only been massive hits. From a blind man in Andhadhun to a typical son in Badhaai Ho to a sperm donor in Vicky Donor, he has proved that there is no role he cannot play. Now, this new-age superstar is all set to slay in a cop avatar in his next film Article 15. Ayushmann has already begun shooting for the film in Lucknow. Recently, his Instagram stories spoke about beautiful mornings from the City of Nawabs left us all wondering what the actor was up to and finally the cat is out of the bag.

Yes, Khurrana has begun shooting Article 15’s first schedule since March 1. That’s not it, we have more good news for you than just Ayushmann playing a cop. Let us tell you the film will be an investigative drama and going by Andhadhun’s success we can say this one too will keep us on the edge of our seats. The film is directed by Anubhav Sinha and produced by Benaras Media Production. Now, won’t it be fun to see Ayushmann in this fresh avatar?

Apart from this film, Ayushmann will also be a part of Ekta Kapoor’s next project titled Dream Girl. For the first time, he will be seen pairing up with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actress Nushrat Bharucha in this film. He will also reunite with his Dum Laga Ke Haisha co-star Bhumi Pednekar for Bala to play the role of a man with premature balding.
