Akshay Kumar’s gesture for Odisha cyclone victims will win your heart

Akshay Kumar is one of the most humble actors in the industry. Everyone is aware of how he has always extended support to social causes. Now, when cyclone Fani hit the state of Odisha, Akshay did not think twice to help out the victims. Where many actors are appealing people to donate money, Akshay donated a whopping amount to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Going by reports, the actor has contributed a sum of Rs 1 crore. In a tabloid report, an industry source was quoted saying, “This is not new. Akshay has always been contributing for causes, be it his Bharat ke Veer initiative for the armed forces, or his contribution to the Kerala Floods or Chennai floods earlier.”

On the work front, he has Karan Johar’s Good News with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Dijit Dosanjh. He will also be seen in Housefull 4 alongside Kriti Kharbanda, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh among others. Akshay will also reunite with his Bhool Bhuliyaa star Vidya Balan in Misson Mangal alongside Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi, Sonakshi Sinha.
