Brahmastra: Alia and Ranbir take us behind the scenes of the logo launch event – watch video!

Ayan Mukerji’s next directorial venture Brahmastra has stirred the right amount of excitement amongst the audiences and why won’t it? Last month, on the occasion of Mahashivratri, the makers flew down to Prayagraj and attended the Kumbh Mela where they arranged a tech marvel drone show to introduce the world of Brahmastra. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were also a part of the event which was one of its kind. While the logo launch was a huge success, the makers have now shared a behind-the-scenes video which shows how the event was actually planned and executed.

On March 4, team Brahmastra revealed that a big surprise was in store for all the fans. The same day, Alia, Ranbir and Ayan Mukerji left for Kumbh Mela which got everyone excited about the surprise. In the evening, as promised, the team introduced us to the world of Brahmastra in the most unique way. 150 drones flew over the holy Ganges and different formations were made which lit up the Prayagraj skyline in the most amazing way possible. As the tech-marvel event completed a month yesterday, the makers dropped a BTS video of the same. It shows how the idea was successfully executed despite facing a few hurdles at the last moment. Apart from that, Ranbir, Alia and Ayan are also seen in the video as they share their thoughts about the event and also speak about their experience of attending Kumbh Mela.

In the video, Ayan also answers the million dollar question as to why he decided to launch the logo of his film at Kumbh Mela. He says in the video, “Deep down at the heart, the movie is connected to the culture and our Mythology and the Kumbh Mela is just that.” If you haven’t watched the video already then check it out right away.
