Cricket World Cup 2019’s semi-final match between India and New Zealand concluded on a sad note for team India. Yes, the Virat Kohli led team was defeated by New Zealand in the match that happened in Manchester today (July 10). Let us tell you, this match, in particular, was quite a nail-biting one, it began yesterday (July 9) but was disrupted due to the rains. And while it continued today (July 10) sadly India couldn’t win. Despite facing a defeat, both cricket fans, as well as the celebs, have been applauding team India for an amazing performance throughout the tournament.
From politicians like Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, to Bollywood celebs like Aamir Khan, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar, Randeep Hooda, Esha Gupta, Ayushmann Khurrana and many more took to social media rooting for team India’s amazing performance throughout the tournament.
