Megastar Chiranjeevi lent his voice to the Telugu trailer of Brahmastra. Made on a massive budget, the much-awaited film is bankrolled by Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus, and Starlight Pictures.

If there is any film that is most awaited after the recent ‘KGF 2’ and ‘RRR’ then it has to be Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’. The film is jointly written by Hussain Dalal as a three-part Trilogy. The first part of the film ‘Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva’ Telugu trailer has been released today and it looks promising. The promotions for the film in Telugu have already begun, with Ranbir Kapoor having visited Visakhapatnam recently, with Rajamouli himself. According to the portal Pinkvilla, it is learnt that Deepika Padukone will be essaying the role of Parvati in Brahmastra 2.

However, in a shocking development, the latest update is that the pre-release event, which was planned at Ramoji Film City, has now been cancelled, according to the portal telugu bulletin.com. While the official reason for calling off the event has not been revealed, some media outlets reported that it was cancelled after police denied permission to the organisers.

Meanwhile, a few reports on social media said that the pre-release event at RFC was cancelled due to a lack of crowd. It is heard that the team of Jr NTR failed to distribute passes in time for Nandamuri fans across the Telugu states. After looking at the crowd, the makers shifted the public event to a private event and arranged a press conference at Park Hyatt at 8 pm today with Jr NTR will be attending it. Nagarjuna Akkineni and SS Rajamouli will also be present.

The makers along with its Hindi trailer have also released its Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam versions. Featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna, the trailer by itself is outstanding and sets a standard for a new-age fantasy world with high-octane Visual effects.

For ages, these astras were the powers of the ultimate being.

On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor’ aka Shiva gets caught in the fire when he tries to romance Alia, but the fire doesn’t burn him due to his unknown superpowers and it seems like he has to battle with other opposition forces to protect this world and his universe along with himself. There is also a glimpse of Mouni Roy shown as one of the vamps in the movie.
