Hasti DoshiActress Sahher Bambba is making her film debut alongside Karan Deol in Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. And the starlet is in news today (June 21) for her enthusiasm towards yoga. Few of Sahher’s pictures prove how much the actress loves yoga. She is also trained in Kathak and believes that Yoga and dancing is the best way to keep her fit.
While sharing her love for Yoga on the International Yoga Day Sahher said, “I started because of my mother who has been practicing Yoga for a long time now. Yoga is therapeutic for me as it calms my mind and body”. Here are a few pictures of Sahher doing Yoga, check them out:
Further the actress even shared her favourite aasan and said, “My favourite aasan is seersh aasan (headstand), I’ve been doing it for the past 3 years.” Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas directed by Sunny Deol will release on September 20 this year. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates.
