‘Majnu-2’ Mika Singh all set to marry kaun banegi crore-patni?

Like his close buddy-mentor mega-star Salman Khan, celeb-pop-playback singer Mika Singh too, has been an elusive-bachelor, when it comes to finding a soul-mate and tying the nuptial knot. But this late evening at the Mumbai media-launch event of his latest trending viral music-video ‘Majnu-2’, the religious-at-heart Mika assured that he “hopes to find a worthy life-partner and settle down in matrimony latest before my birthday (by June 10th) 2022.”  Coincidentally, ‘lady-killer’ Mika (now 40 plus) declared his wedding-wish just a day after Valentine’s Day. Whether this ‘shaadi-kaa-iraada-hai’ actually materializes, remains to be seen.

“Our ‘Majnu-2’ video is not one of the typical remix-videos in terms of the vibrant visuals. Because out here, the viewers get to watch the friendly musical bonhomie-friendship  among the four star artistes Mika Singh, Laxmi Raai, Shama Sikandar and DJ Sumit Sethi, chilling out against the backdrop of breath-taking outdoor and Mediterranean sea-water-waves locales in the European islands-country of Malta. And multi-talented charismatic singer-performer Mika-Sir has flaunted his flamboyant aura with the oomph-oozing stunning glam girls Laxmi Raai (of ‘Julie-2’ released 2017 fame) and Bollywood movie actress-model Shama Sikander,” explains showman video-director Sumit Bhardwaj who has to his credit over 2054  Punjabi and Hindi super-hit music-videos featuring top Indian singers and even International singers.

Prolific live-concerts singer Mika has given on-screen ‘playback’ with mostly chartbuster songs for a galaxy of different top-star heroes including Salman Khan. Akshay Kumar, Shahid Kapur. Ranveer Singh and Shah Rukh Khan. But when asked whether he still had any unfulfilled wish to sing playback for any other heroes Mika had his smart repartee reply. “Since my bass resonant voice and style is considered a lucky-mascot, it is for the other movie-heroes to get me to playback for them,” he shrugged.

Enthuses versatile singer-performer Mika Singh,” Our Majnu-2, is an out and out soulful yet groovy remixed track scored by  the dynamic duo Toshi and Shaarib Shabri  and lyrics by Axeem Shiraz,  which is surely going to be a part of every club’s party playlist. It’s a carefree sound with heart-throbbing rhythm, just “letting all go” kind of fusion western-desi ethnic vibe. I’ve given my best shot & made it sound as fresh & youthful. The exciting  fun we had filming this outdoor Malta foreign locales song– the candid super-energy of  ‘four-friends-forever’ is translated in the lyrical song which has added to the merriment on screen. Although there used to be bitter verbal friction and arguments between Laxmi Raai and me quite often during the shoot, we have always fondly patched. The on-screen chemistry is evidently super-amazing,” signs off Mika.
