Police visits Sonakshi Sinha’s house regarding a cheating case – read details

Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in Khandaani Shafakhana and later in Mission Mangal will soon get busy with her film promotions. But while that happens, the actress has a small roadblock to deal with. As per reports in a tabloid, the police visited Sonakshi’s house yesterday (July 11) for an inquiry in a cheating case against the actress.

As per reports, the Kalank actress was booked for a case of cheating an Uttar Pradesh based event manager in September last year. It was said that the actress accepted a booking amount of Rs. 24 lakh for a performance at an event in Delhi. But she did not attend the programme. In relation to this, the Moradabad police team visited Sonakshi’s house for conducting an inquiry and left after doing so within a few hours.

As per what a source told the tabloid, the police wanted to record Sonakshi’s statement but she was not in the house when they visited. They are likely to visit her house again today (July 12). Let’s see how this matter shapes up.
