Sangita Ghosh celebrates her birthday on the set of Swaran Ghar!

Swaran Ghar produced by Dreamiyata (Ravie Dubey and Sargun Mehta) is one of the most popular shows on Colors and the whole unit lives and shoots in Chandigarh like one big happy family. It was Sangita Ghosh’s birthday on Thursday, 17th August. It was celebrated on the set. Sangita says, “My birthday was really special. Firstly I got to celebrate my birthday with my eight-year-old daughter Devi who came from Jaipur along with my husband Shailender Singh Rathore. Above that, I had a working birthday and I always prefer it that way. Channel sent me Red Velvet cake which is my favorite flavor and that was a pleasant surprise”.

She further adds, “The moment I entered the makeup room in the morning, I noticed that the room was decorated with balloons and cake was ready and everyone was just waiting for me to reach and have a small celebration before we start working. So that was really sweet. They all worked really hard to make the day very special for me. We were running against time to finish a few scenes but still, we kept all that aside and we celebrated my birthday. It was great fun. It’s a fun unit so the directors, the actors, and everyone were around. And again, in the evening, I had a small get-together with my family and a few of the actors and crew members. I really enjoyed myself. I had a great time and I was smiling throughout the day. I feel blessed”.

Ajay Singh Chaudhary, her co-star says, “We celebrated her birthday on the sets of Swaran Ghar. I’ve worked with Sangita earlier also in one of my shows ‘Rishton Ka Chakravyuh‘ on Star Plus. This time the celebration was unique, special, and different because we have been shooting for the last 5-6 months in Chandigarh.  Everyone here has been without their family for the last few months and now that we all shoot together daily, we live as a family.  We all wished for her and a special cake was cut by her. Her family turned up on her birthday and that made everything more special”.
