Notebook song Safar

Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl’s much-awaited romantic drama Notebook, released the new song from the movie yesterday (March 22).  This Mohit Chauhan and Vishal Mishra number is a soul-stirring number. The song is called Safar and the name is self-explanatory, as the song is a metaphor for life and its journey. Prior to this song, they also released another soul-soothing number, Main Taare that featured Salman Khan and was sung by him too. The movie is also produced by Salman.

The video starts off with Zaheer packing his bags and leaving his house to go somewhere unplanned. He is then seen getting into a car, driving and the scenery is just breath-taking as he is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. As observed, in every scene, while he is seen driving the car, the views are just spectacular amid the mountains and greenery. Truly mesmerising just like the song.  Check out the song:

We also loved the line, “Main safar mein hoon, khoya nahin,” which is I’m on a journey, not lost and that did resonate strongly as every turn in life takes us closer to where we need to be. The video ends with him returning home. We just absolutely loved the song and recommend it. The film is said to be a remake of the 2014 film Teacher’s Diary. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, the film is slated to release on March 29. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates and news.
