Janhvi Kapoor birthday: Boney Kapoor to surprise daughter in Lucknow – read exclusive details

Janhvi Kapoor who turns 22 on March 6 will be having a working birthday this year. Away from family and home, the young actress will be bringing in her birthday on the sets of her new film. Janhvi is currently in Lucknow shooting for Kargil Girl, which is a biopic based on the life of Gunjan Saxena, an IAF pilot who came to be known for her bravery in the Kargil War (1999). But the young actress doesn’t know yet that papa Boney Kapoor has a special surprise planned for her. Let us tell you what the special surprise is.

CineBlitz has exclusively learnt that the doting dad has planned to surprise his daughter by flying over to Lucknow and bring in her birthday. An insider close to the Kapoor family reveals that Boney was keen to make sure that Janhvi not feel lonely on her birthday. So, to make it special, he has decided to fly in a day prior and surprise her at midnight. “Boney is very protective of his daughters and emotionally attached. He knows that Janhvi will be missing family, though she is professional enough to not miss out on the shoot even if it is her birthday. So he has decided to fly to Lucknow and make it special for her.”

Meanwhile, the actress is said to be excited about her role. The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, who was most recently seen in a comic role in the Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon starrer Luka Chuppi. Janhvi had made her debut last year in the Ishaan Khatter starrer Dhadak. Now with Kargil Girl, the actress is set to show her acting prowess once again.
