‘83: Ranveer Singh thrilled to bits as wifey Deepika Padukone joins his Team ‘83

The much-awaited reunion is finally happening as Chhappak star Deepika Padukone joined the team of Ranveer Singh-starrer 83 today. The two are reuniting for a film almost a year after their 2018 release Padmaavat. The news sure is a treat for all the DeepVeer fans. Ranveer Singh, who will essay Kapil Dev in the film introduced his real-reel wife Deepika Padukone, who will essay the role of Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Bhatia, with a cute post.

Ranveer took to his Instagram and posted a few very interesting posts. Three posts are pictures of him, Deepika and director Kabir Singh. The three are all smiles and Ranveer captioned one of the images as, “*drum roll* All smiles as All-star @deepikapadukone joins the #83squad !!!” He then uploaded a video where Deepika is hitting him with a bat and Ranveer’s caption on this post wins our heart.
