A one-and-a-half hour film, Amar Colony is story of three neighbours living in a mysterious chawl. Emancipation is the central theme of Amar Colony, which explores feelings like love, regret, emptiness and fight for fulfilling the desires through the characters and their intertwined lives in this film.”

Speaking about how he prepped for the role he says, “All of the film is shot in Shimla, so before starting the shoot; our director Siddharth Chauhan called us a week prior so that we can get naturally into the life and essence of the characters. For character building, I mostly relied on my intuitions because Mohit my character is a idle young boy who is laid back and have certain complexes. A little I surrendered myself to beautiful city of Shimla and nature which helped me bring the character to life.”
