Alia Bhatt doesn’t feel the need to defend her love for Ranbir Kapoor – here’s why

While Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s relationship is an open secret in B-Town, the two are yet to confirm it officially. There have been numerous instances where this rumoured couple has made it clear that they are dating each other and in love. There are many pictures of various events where they have been spotted together. Recently they attended an awards show where Alia received an award and during her speech, she even mentioned Ranbir Kapoor and said ‘I Love You’, to which Ranbir smiled.

This could be a step ahead for them where they have finally started addressing each other at public events. When she was asked about if it was a way to officially let all know, she said, “That was not an announcement. And I don’t need to defend what I did because it was very personal.” Though it was personal to her, it shows the bond they share and as it is clear they want to keep their relationship to themselves.

Not just that, when being asked about mom (Soni Razdan’s) comment that Alia is ‘too young to rush into any lifetime decision’ Alia further said, “I don’t know in what context she said it so it’s difficult to comment.” She is busy with her Kalank promotions along with the entire cast Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan, Madhuri Dixit, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt. She even shared that she would be really happy if this character Roop works for her as it was difficult for her to relate with her and play the role.
