From Supporting Roles to Leading Man: Rohit Saraf’s Meteoric Rise in the Entertainment Industry

Rohit Saraf’s journey began with his debut in Gauri Shinde’s critically acclaimed film, Dear Zindagi, in 2016. In 2020, he starred as one of the leads alongside an ensemble cast in Anurag Basu’s film Ludo and then went on to play the male lead in the Netflix original series Mismatched. The series is based on Sandhya Menon’s novel “When Dimple Met Rishi.” Rohit played the role of Rishi Singh Shekhawat, a charming and witty young man who forms an unexpected connection with the female lead, Dimple. His portrayal of Rishi was endearing, and his on-screen chemistry with co-star Prajakta Koli was highly appreciated by viewers.
