“I’m glad it’s happening and I’m glad it’s happening so close”: Manushi Chhillar on Miss World 2023 Pageant in India

Manushi Chhillar is a name that needs no introduction today. Coming from a medical background, she has paved a path that is nothing less than an inspiration for this generation. She brought back the Miss World crown 17 years later in 2017. In a recent interview, Manushi was nothing but ecstatic on being questioned about India hosting the Miss World 2023 pageant in India.

Staying true to her roots, Manushi even revealed that how she had always wanted this as she said, “ I always tell them, when are we doing this in India, we should do it in India because I won this title in China. And there was so much that China had to offer but I used to always think that India has a lot to offer as well and it will be great to have these girls come from all over the world and explore, you know, what we have to offer. So I’m glad it’s happening. And I’m glad it’s happening so close.”

From beauty to acting to fashion and many more the actress has always turned all heads round with her choices. Filled in with so much of potential, Manushi is always looked upon for her intelligence, social welfare activities and her top notch fashion game which has always been on point.
