Though this film didn’t make much moolah at the box office, the story of this romantic drama was quite different and progressive. Sonam Kapoor played a lesbian in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga and her character beautifully established that it is okay for a small town girl to love a Kuhu and not a Sahil. Even though she came across as docile, when she stood up for herself, wasn’t she inspiring?
