While it is getting a thumbs-up from the audience, the trailer launch event that was held earlier in the day saw Parineeti praise Sidharth generously. The duo was present at the trailer launch event and while praising Sidharth, Parineeti also let out a little-known secret about them.

While talking about Sidharth, Parineeti spoke about a time when both the actors were going through a low phase. The actress said, “Sidharth Malhotra is a great guy. We both were going through a similar phase in life and I was low. He called me over, we met at his house late at night and he charged me up. I’ve been happy ever since.” While the revelation did leave everyone shocked, it was nice to see the two be there for each other when they needed to. Parineeti and Sidharth are coming back together onscreen for the second time. The first time was for their film Hasee to Phasee.
