Jhund: Amitabh Bachchan-starrer gets THIS new release date

Amitabh Bachchan and Sairat director Nagraj Manjule’s first film together Jhund was all set to release in September this year. In fact, Amitabh Bachchan had been treating his fans with many pictures from the sets of his film and sharing glimpses of what the film entails. However, it looks like the fans will have to wait a little longer for the film’s release as now the buzz is that the film’s release date has been postponed.

Jhund, which was initially releasing on Septemeber 20, this year, has now been postponed for an October release. Reports suggest that the makers of the film need some more time with the post-production of the film and hence have decided to push the release date.

Big B is reportedly essaying the role of football coach Vijay Barse in the film, who is a founder of NGO Soccer Slum. It is said that Sairat couple – Akash Thosar and Rinku Rajguru – will also mark their Bollywood debut with this film. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more news and updates.
