kalank review

Karan Johar’s much-awaited production venture Kalank has been grabbing headlines every now and then. The film is back in the news as the title song will be out tomorrow. Announcing the same, the makers of the film took to Twitter and shared two news posters. While one has Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt intensely gazing into each other’s eyes, the other poster has Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. Though the two are together yet they aren’t and that’s quite interesting. We say so because in the poster both Sona and Aditya are looking into different directions.

Another aspect of the posters that caught our attention was their colour-scheme. Varun and Alia’s poster has a dark red background which we think signifies intense love and pain at the same time. Also, in the poster, Junior Dhawan is sporting a grungy look whereas Alia looks sublime and beautiful. Coming to the other poster, the background is soft and has a hint of sunlight which is totally opposite to what we see in Varun and Alia’s poster. While Sonakshi and Aditya are together yet they seem very lost. Their poster lacks intensity but it’s still intriguing. Don’t you guys agree?
