The Kangana Ranaut – Hrithik Roshan controversy grabbed enough media attention and ruled the news space for weeks together. And while the issue was never settled, it was put on the back-burner as the two actors got busy with their professional lives. However, looks like Kangana is in no mood to forgive or forget. While she may have let the personal matter slide lower on the priority list, she isn’t giving up on any opportunity to take a panga with Hrithik.
And this time around, the actress is set to take on Hrithik at the box office. Buzz is that Kangana’s film Mental Hai Kya is now slated to release on the same day as Hrithik’s Super 30, that is on July 26. Interestingly, the release date of both the films had to be postponed at different times. However, Super 30 (directed by Vikas Bahl) had already locked the date of July 26, and buzz is that Kangana has also now booked the same date for her film that co-stars Rajkummar Rao and is directed by Prakash Rao Kovelamudi. It could be a co-incidence, but insider talks suggest that it seems more like a deliberate attempt than a mere co-incidence.
Well, now whether the makers will reshuffle the release date once again or will they make the most of this takkar at the box office, only time will tell. What do you think of the Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut expected clash at the box office on July 26. Do let us know in the comments section below.
