Karan Johar reviewed Student of the Year 2 and here’s what he had to say!

Student of the Year 2 is just a few days away from its release and the film has stirred a good amount of excitement amongst the audience. It’s a sequel to the hit film Student of the Year which was directed by Karan Johar himself. No wonder, for Punit Malhotra, it was a challenge to take the franchise forward and to make a film that would live up to its first part. Today, during a media interaction, Punit revealed what Karan felt about SOTY 2. Read on to know the deets!

Starring Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria, and Ananya Panday in the lead, SOTY 2 is scheduled to release on May 10 and currently, the team is busy promoting the film. At a media interaction today, Punit was asked about his thoughts on taking ahead a film which was directed by Karan Johar and what the latter had to say about the same. To this, the filmmaker replied, “Gauging Karan’s footsteps were the most difficult part for me. We had to put our best foot forward. He has seen the film and he is very happy with it.”
