A few online portals had recently reported that Dill Mill Gaye actor Karan Wahi was arrested for molesting a model, but here’s the absolute truth to the story!
Hate Story 4 actor and popular television host Karan Wahi was in the headlines this morning for not very good reasons. Yes, in a case of mistaken identity, some online portals reported that the Dill Mill Gaye actor Karan Wahi was arrested, after a 22-year-old model filed a molestation complaint against him. The portals also went on to use the wrong Karan’s picture, and just an hour ago, the actor has reacted to these reports.
Clarifying that he is the wrong Karan who is being reported about, the TV actor posted a message on his Instagram story. In the stories he posted on the photo-sharing platform, it is seen that Karan is in London. In his message, he asked media portals to be careful, as their carelessness can cause other people a lot of unpleasant issues. He also shared a picture of the music composer of the same name, who was the one the complaint had been filed against. Check out his posts here:
We are glad that Karan clarified the reports and managed some damage control before the news got out of hand. On the work front, the actor’s name was rumoured to be in the running to play Mr Bajaj on Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2. However, Karan has not announced any of his upcoming projects.
