Narendra Modi jokes about Twinkle’s anger towards him benefiting Akshay and here’s how she reacted!

Today morning, we all witnessed something very special. We saw a Bollywood superstar interviewing the current Prime Minister of our country. Yes, we are talking about Akshay Kumar’s rendezvous with PM Narendra Modi. In the candid chat with the Kesari actor, the PM didn’t hold back and shared details about his life, his family and also revealed his likes, dislikes and much more. Interestingly, Modi even joked about Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna and it was absolutely hilarious.

Twinkle is known for taking potshots at Modi on social media, not that she holds an animosity against him but then we all have the freedom to express our opinions, right? So coming back to Akshay and Modi’s apolitical interview, well, the PM mentioned Twinkle during their conversation and also spoke about her tweets that were aimed towards him. When Akki interrogated Modi if he was active on social media, he cheekily said, “Main aapka bhi Twitter dekhta hoon aur Twinkle Khanna ji ka bhi dekhta hoon. Kabhi kabhi toh mujhe lagta hai ki vo mere upar gussa nikalti hai Twitter pe toh usske kaaran aapka paarivarik jeewan mein badi shaanti hoti hogi. Unnka poora gussa mujh pe nikal jaata hoga isliye, aapko aaram rehta hoga. Toh iss prakar se main aapke kaam aaya hoon.” (I follow you as well as Twinkle on Twitter. Sometimes I feel that she vents out all her anger on me on Twitter so that way you’re married life must be calm. So, in a way, I am being of great help to you).

Hearing this, Twinkle obviously responded. But instead of being her usual sassy self, she rather took the joke with a grain of salt and replied in a positive way. Check out her post below:
