Yami played the role of a playschool teacher who takes 13 children hostage holding the city for ransom.
Recently, Yami Gautam & the team of ‘A Thursday’ came together to celebrate the movie’s success at a plush hotel in Mumbai. The whole cast and crew, including Yami, Neha Dhupia, Atul Kulkarni, director Behzad Khambata and others were seen having fun at the event. While Yami looked exuberant in a cool and was the cynosure of all eyes at the success bash. The gorgeous and talented actress has scored rave reviews for her spectacular performance in the hostage thriller – ‘A Thursday’.
Yami played the role of a playschool teacher who takes 13 children hostage holding the city for ransom. As the story progresses, it is revealed that her character has suffered sexual abuse as a minor. Needless to say, Yami has received critical acclaim for her chartbusting performance in the movie which also was the most preferred movie in the OTT Domain!
Yami’s interesting line-up includes ‘Dasvi’ alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Nimrat Kaur and ‘OMG2’ featuring Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi and there a few unannounced projects.
