Hum Shaan Se Jalne Nikle Hai from 1962: The War in the Hills

Aditya Narayan, Monali Thakur and Raghu Dixit – three of India’s most talented singers have come together for a powerful cover of ‘Hum Shaan Se Jalne Nikle Hai’. The soulful original soundtrack from upcoming series 1962: The War In The Hills has managed to touch the hearts of millions with its narrative of the many sacrifices of a soldier. The all-new cover is an equally emotional and impactful rendition of the song that will evoke a multitude of emotions to its listeners.

Singer Aditya Narayan said, “The first time that I heard the original soundtrack of 1962: The War in the Hills, I couldn’t stop humming it. ‘Hum Shaan Se Jalne Nikle Hai’ is such a powerful song – it instills a sense of pride. To give the track an all new life has been extremely gratifying, and I hope our cover touches the listeners as much as the original song.”
