Actress Sheena Chohan recently unveiled her latest project, the soulful music video titled Marziyan. Chohan recently completed a South Indian film alongside veteran actor J.D. Chakravarthy. Now, she’s captivating audiences with “Marziyan,” a song sung by Shivang Upadhyaya that promises to tug at heartstrings. The song shows Shivang and Sheena caught in a layered and intense love story.

Discussing the message conveyed by the song, Sheena shares, “The song conveys a message about the power of love to heal and bring about spiritual renewal. Taking a 360-degree turn, the video showcases the separation of the love birds, which will leave you emotional. The two-share great chemistry as the love story progresses but ends up separated because of a mystery which is revealed in the end.

Sharing about what attracted her to do this music video, she stated: “I was attracted to the intense and layered emotions filled character I play; embodying pure love resonated deeply with me. I believe the most magical moments in history have originated from simplicity. For me, my character embodies a simple purity. I got an opportunity to portray the power of simplicity, layered with pure emotions. The key lies in the purity of emotion and my heart connected to this quality when I heard the song and so I said yes to acting in it. This is one such musical love story of honesty, love and the power of choice.”

The beautiful song has been sung and directed by Shivang Upadhyay and co-directed by Anshul Vyas. Produced by Mukesh Kumar Sharma & Ameriya Production.

This music video release coincides with Chohan’s busy film schedule. Her upcoming slate boasts a variety of roles, including a Hindi historical biopic drama- Sant Tukaram where she is opposite Subodh Bhave, Bhayaavah-where she plays a negative lead, Amar- Prem-a triangle love story, Nomad- a Hollywood sci-fi and a new Telugu untitled pan India south film!

“Building a diverse filmography has been my goal since my debut,” Chohan states. “My extensive theatre background has equipped me to tackle a wide array of characters,” she concludes.
