Salman Khan as Hulk, Rajinikanth as Iron Man – Avengers: Endgame director Joe Russo picks his Bollywood superhero team!

The final installment of the Avengers is all set to release on April 26. Titled Avengers: Endgame, Joe Russo’s directorial is one of the most awaited films this year. In fact, the director has also flown down to India prior to the release. He interacted with the media and during one interview, he revealed about his superhero dream team from Bollywood. Yes, the director was talking about how he has been impressed by Salman Khan’s Dabangg and Rajinikanth’s Robot.

Joe Russo mentioned in an interview, “I remember reading about Dabangg and when I got on a plane, it was there and I watched it. I loved it. I loved the camera work and tone. It is very entertaining. It reminded me of the work we did on Community. I also told a story about how Robot had influenced Avengers: Age of Ultron. There was a sequence that was directly influenced from Robot.” That’s when a reporter asked him in what role would he cast Salman Khan and Rajinikanth in the Avengers franchise? Joe Russo revealed, “Salman Khan would be the Hulk, Rajinikanth would be Iron Man.” Interesting, isn’t it?
