After presenting a thrilling trailer and an amazing poster, the team of PM Narendra Modi is all set to raise the bar with the first song from the film. Titled Saugandh Mujhe Iss Mitti Ki, the song is said to be an eulogy to the brave martyrs who have lost their lives for our motherland. The song will be launched tomorrow (March 23) on Martyrs’ Day. The date marks the death anniversary of India’s Bravehearts Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru who were hanged on March 23, 1931.
The song is said to be inspired by one of the recent speeches of our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In his speech, the PM mentioned that the lives of the soldiers who died in the Pulwama attack will not go wasted and he will not let anyone pull down the name of our country no matter what the circumstances are. This inspired the songwriter Prasoon Joshi, who has penned down the lyrics for this song. Sung by Sukhwinder Singh & Shashi, the music is composed by Shashi & Khushi. Sharing his experience producer Sandip Singh said, “The song will surely awaken the patriotic emotions of every Indian across the world. This song is dedicated to all the brave martyrs and their families.”
Produced by Suresh Oberoi and Anand Pandit, the film is directed by biopic maestro Omung Kumar. It has a stellar cast of Vivek Anand Oberoi, Darshan Kumaar, Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Prashant Narayanan, Zarina Wahab, Barkha Bisht Sengupta, Anjan Shrivastav, Yatin Karyekar, Rajendra Gupta, Akshat R Saluja and is all set to hit the theatres on April 5.
