Jassie Gill, who has managed to woo the audience with his peppy numbers, recently released a new song titled Surma Kaala. While the track which is high on energy has been garnering good response, the singer-actor has got everyone excited for something else too. Yes, apart from the song, the audience is now looking forward to his second Bollywood film titled Panga. The actor sat down with us for an exclusive chat and dropped some major hints about his character from the Kangana Ranaut starrer.
When asked about Panga and his character in the film, the Happy Phir Bhaag Jayegi actor told us, “Kangana is my wife in the film. The film has a great story and I am personally very excited about the film. I feel with this film, I could explore a lot about myself as well. There was so much to do in it. I have come out of my comfort zone and level to act. I got to work with very good people and it was good fun. Kangana Ranaut, Neena Gupta, Richa Chadha and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari is directing the film so it has to be good.”
“We have shot for most of the film; a little portion that has to be shot in Mumbai is still left though. After which the film will be ready for post-production. I am very excited about the film, especially for my look. This will be the first time I will look like this in a film.” concluded Gill.
Jassie was last seen in Happy Phir Bhaag Jayegi which starred Sonakshi Sinha, Ali Fazal, Diana Penty and Jimmy Shergill in the pivotal roles. His latest song Surma Kaala features the Jalebi actor Rhea Chakraborty. Stay tuned to this space for more such scoop about your favourite stars
