Aamir Khan continues his fight against Maharashtra droughts – here’s how

Aamir Khan is one conscientious B-Towner. The star believes in doing his bit for the society and brings in action his words. We earlier told you about his Toofan Aalaya YouTube channel where he has initiated some help for the rural Maharashtra that has been facing severe water shortage. His Paani Foundation too has been actively involved in working towards the cause. Now, in the newest attempt to reach out and address the severe water shortage issue, Aamir took to Instagram and shared his recent pics in which we see him digging the ground to help create space for water tanks. His Paani Foundation along with Jalmitra Foundation are taking it upon a large scale and he has even invited volunteers for the same.

In these pictures we see Aamir trying to dig the ground and make space for around 50 tanks of water which can be stored and later used in the situations when there is no availability of water. They have even successfully created a lot of storage and are focusing to make it possible for more such spaces. The Foundation thanked Aamir and his wife Kiran Rao for their support and help which Aamir shared on his gram. The caption reads, “Thanks Ajinkya for your support and wishes.
