Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal’s Hera Pheri 3 seems to be back on track after endless delays. The movie was announced three years ago, but with several issues, the cast and the makers kept going back and forth. In fact, we had heard that at one point the film was going to be shelved. However, our sources confirm to us that Hera Pheri 3 is going to be made! The dates are in place and Akshay along with the rest of the team will start shooting from November. The makers are eyeing a 2020 release!

The source reveals to us exclusively, “Akshay Kumar is onboard again and everything is going smoothly. The final script and screenplay is nearly ready. So the makers have locked November to kickstart the shoot. While all the details with Akshay, Suniel (Shetty) and Paresh (Rawal) have been discussed, the makers are on the look-out for an A-list actress. They have shortlisted a few and will finalise the leading lady opposite Akshay pretty soon.” Hera Pheri 3 will be directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. How excited are you about this one? Share with us your thoughts about it in the comments section below!

Earlier, Hera Pheri 3 was going to directed by Neeraj Vora, but he fell ill. The makers waited for him to get better, but he tragically passed away. The team let some time pass before getting Indra Kumar onboard to direct the film. There were several changes to be made in the script, which took a while. In the meantime, Akshay and Firoz had a fallout. It was also reported that Nadiadwala didn’t have the necessary funds. However, looks like everything has been taken care of! Hera Pheri 3 will go on floors this November.

The massive drive of Mumbai’s Dadar beach clean-up marked its 100th week yesterday (July 21). As per reports, nearly 1,200 Mumbai Netizens and Commando 2 actress Esha Gupta along with beauty pageant winner Naveli Deshmukh came together for the clean-up programme. Titled Big Mumbai Clean-up, the programme was spread across a hundred locations in the city. It was a tribute to the Mumbai civic bodyworkers who work tirelessly to keep the city clean.

The initiative was led by 27-year-old Chinu Kawatra, who said in an interview with a leading daily, “I feel like a Kohli and a Dhoni today, given that we have scored a century. But we need to score more centuries to actually ensure that the beach is clean and plastic-free.”

Even Esha Gupta in an interview said, “A lot of citizens are supporting this initiative. Everyone is realising that we need to make a difference today to have a tomorrow. We have been digging in the sand here since the time we got here because the plastic is all the way inside. If we don’t do this today, there will be plastic on the entire planet tomorrow.”

According to reports, after the clean-up programme, volunteers handed over the waste to civic officials, who will further segregate it into wet and dry waste. What are your thoughts on this? Stay tuned to CineBlitz for the latest updates.

It was earlier this month (July 6) when Esha Gupta had accused a Delhi-based businessman of raping her ‘with his eyes’. She posted a few videos of the man on her social media page and said that she felt uncomfortable because of him. Now a criminal defamation charge has been filed against Esha by the same Delhi-based businessman, Rohit Vig.

Rohit Vig’s advocate, Vikas Pahwa filed the case under section 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code in Saket Court, New Delhi. Rohit wanted to bring this issue to notice and wanted to prosecute and punish the actress under provisions of the law and hence he slammed the actress with the court case. The court took notice of the complaint and will record pre-summoning evidence of the complainant in the next hearing.

Ram Gopal Varma is one of the most outspoken people in the industry. In fact, he often lands in trouble with his real and reel takes. Now yet again he has got into trouble for his tweets and it is one of the most hilarious things that you will see on the internet today.

It all started when Varma posted some pictures and video on Twitter where he can be seen riding pillion on a Royal Enfield along with director Ajay Bhupathi and Agasthya without a helmet. Yes, there were three people on a bike as they reached a theatre in Moosapet to watch Telugu movie iSmart Shankar, directed by Puri Jagannadh.

RGV tweeted, “Am looking like a pickpocket in my getup when I went to see #ismartshankar in Sri Ramulu theatre in Moosapet,” And he did not stop at that. He then tweeted, “Where is the police? I think they are all inside the theatre watching #ismartshankar.”

The Cyberabad police too retweeted with a clever answer. They said, “Thanks, @RGVzoomin for reporting Traffic Violations. We expect the same responsibility in actually following the Traffic rules yourself. By the way, why only theatres?, Traffic Police see a lot of drama, circus like below on roads every minute.” They even posted a Rs 1,335 traffic ticket (challan), issued in the name of B Dilip Kumar (the owner of the bike).

Seeing their efficiency online, RGV couldn’t help but praise the police. He replied, “gaaru, I loveeeee uuuuuuuuu and I want to kiss u non stop for 39 days for the fantaaaaastic work u are doing and if I had a second daughter I would have requested u to be my son in law.”

Check out the trail here:

Workwise, RGV will be making his acting debut with the film Cobra. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more news and updates.
